Oink Pork Chops

1 > Boil potatoes with salt.
2 > Mash the potatoes and add butter, salt and pepper
3 > Take finely chopped Oink, onions, ginger garlic and chilly, Fry untill it becomes a chilly fry.
4 > Take a portion of mash and place the Choris chilly fry in the center, and shape the mash evenly around it.
5 > Coat the mash in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
6 > Deep fry until golden and crisp, then serve hot with chilli sauce or pao.
