All orders are shipped through India Post using registered and trackable delivery services.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹50 per order, anywhere in India.
Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery delays due to weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions may occasionally occur.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the package and products. We will investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
